Nicole Kulas CCM, CMC, CDP
Founder and CEO
Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Long-Term Care, Senior Housing, and Aging from the University of North Texas, along with a graduate certificate in Applied Gerontology. Inspired by her experience helping her grandparents manage chronic conditions, she became passionate about advocating for older adults. Nicole has served as a volunteer Ombudsman in nursing homes, a Certified Benefits Counselor with the Department of Aging and Disability, and has also contributed her time to Meals-on-Wheels, military organizations, and the Alzheimer’s Association. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM), a Care Manager, Certified (CMC), and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years and their three adult sons. She also loves reading, playing tennis, and continuing to support veterans and their families by helping them navigate complex medical and government systems.

Cecilia Hood CCC-SLP
Care Manager
Cecilia Hood is the newest Care Manager on AgeWell Care Management’s dedicated team. She brings a wealth of experience from her background in Speech-Language Pathology, allowing her to provide a unique blend of compassion and expertise to those they advocate for, particularly those who struggle with effective communication. Beyond her professional life, Cecilia is a proud mother of three amazing children, a small dog, and most recently, a tortoise. She navigates life’s challenges and parental responsibilities alongside her husband of over 20 years, Jamie. Additionally, she serves as a commissioner with the Flower Mound Historical Commission, where she is passionate about preserving, protecting, and educating residents about the community’s rich heritage and history. Cecilia is also a member of the National Charity League, where she actively contributes to making a positive impact on those in need, allowing her to give back to the community and support important causes close to her heart.

Tonia McGee
Engagement Specialist
Beginning at a young age, Tonia enjoyed spending time with her grandparents and great aunts and uncles. Playing games, listening to stories about their lives, gleaning pearls of wisdom, and helping them as needed has always brought Tonia great joy. Tonia brings patience, love, kindness, empathy, art, and observation skills with her as she diligently and joyfully visits and assists her clients at AgeWell Care Management. Tonia has been married to her husband, Eric, for 32 years and together they have raised three beautiful daughters. Tonia has her BFA in Art Education and taught for 11 years. She has enjoyed her time at AgeWell Care Management for the past year as a Care Companion and looks forward to working with your loved one.

Diana Andre
Engagement Specialist
Diana has been caring for others since a young age, helping tend to elderly family members and developing a lifelong passion for service. She studied dental science and went on to manage patient dental care programs for all ages for over 20 years. As the spouse of a military veteran, Diana has volunteered extensively in both military and local communities, often accompanied by her certified pet therapy animal. Together, they have brought comfort and connection to individuals in dementia care units, hospitals, elementary schools, and libraries. A California native now living in Texas, Diana is also a certified Master Gardener, a passionate crafter, and continues to find deep fulfillment working with older adults.

Jenny Rendleman
Engagement Specialist
With nearly a decade of experience in elderly care companionship, Jenny is committed to enriching the lives of seniors through compassionate and personalized support. She brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every interaction, passionately advocating for seniors to feel safe, respected, and valued. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. She has been married to her husband, Scott, for 24 years, and together they have two children.

In the final years of her mother's life, Barbara Fairfield enlisted the help of a geriatric care manager.
Now Fairfield, 76, is planning to hire one again -- this time for herself, anticipating a time she'll need assistance. Caring for a senior "is not something you should do without professional guidance," she says.
For seniors and their families navigating the complicated maze of care, geriatric care managers can be a lifesaver, says Courtney Smith, elder support program director for the Senior Source, a Dallas nonprofit agency.
